help you in your day-to-day life?
When I started this session, I focus on releasing all energy that is no longer serving you plus letting go of all the other energies you have absorbed from other people. After releasing that then I start the balancing of all 4 areas. This focuses on where you need the most balancing first, then works to connect body, mind, spirit, and soul bringing you into the most amazing balance.
